Job Purpose:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for an individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for food and beverage, and a commitment to delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outlet.
• Lead and manage the front-of-house team, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality.
• Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety standards, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Ensure all food and beverage offerings meet the highest quality standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.
• Assist with scheduling and training of staff.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations between the kitchen and dining area.
• Implement promotional activities and help achieve sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end dining establishment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional guest service focus and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience in restaurant operations, including inventory management and staff training.
• A passion for food, wine, and providing an unforgettable dining experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
