- Oversee opening and closing procedures.
- Customer Service
- Monitor service quality to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Promote a welcoming and positive dining experience.
- Staff Supervision & Training
- Support in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and managing staff.
- Train employees on service standards, policies, and safety procedures.
- Motivate and guide team members to deliver excellent service.
- Financial & Inventory Management
- Assist in managing budgets, sales targets, and cost control.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and minimize wastage.
- Track daily sales and prepare performance reports when needed.
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all staff follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Adhere to company policies, health, and labor laws.
- Conduct regular checks on equipment and facility maintenance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management (usually 2–3 years).
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Ability to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
