Assistant Restaurant Manager

  • Operations Management
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising day-to-day restaurant activities.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently maintained.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures.
  • Customer Service
  • Monitor service quality to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Promote a welcoming and positive dining experience.
  • Staff Supervision & Training
  • Support in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and managing staff.
  • Train employees on service standards, policies, and safety procedures.
  • Motivate and guide team members to deliver excellent service.
  • Financial & Inventory Management
  • Assist in managing budgets, sales targets, and cost control.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and minimize wastage.
  • Track daily sales and prepare performance reports when needed.
  • Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure all staff follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Adhere to company policies, health, and labor laws.
  • Conduct regular checks on equipment and facility maintenance.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management (usually 2–3 years).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
  • Ability to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
