Assistant Restaurant Manager

Are you a service-driven leader with a passion for hospitality excellence? We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who will support daily restaurant operations, lead the service team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while driving performance and standards.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant.
• Leading and motivating the service team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction by proactively handling feedback, requests, and service recovery.
• Monitoring service standards, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the outlet.
• Supporting staff scheduling, duty rosters, and manpower planning.
• Assisting in training, coaching, and performance development of team members.
• Ensuring compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and health & safety regulations.
• Supporting inventory control, cost management, and minimizing wastage.
• Coordinating with Kitchen, Bar, and other departments for smooth service flow.
• Assisting in achieving revenue targets through upselling and guest engagement.

What we need from you:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or similar role, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards and operations.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Good command of English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Relevant hospitality qualifications will be an advantage.
