Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Location: Kuwait
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations
• Support in cost control, stock monitoring, and minimizing wastage
• Supervise staff and ensure smooth shift operations
• Assist in staff scheduling and task allocation
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and service
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with store/warehouse team
• Support reporting on sales and operational performance
• Step in as acting manager when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role (Assistant Manager / Supervisor)
• Knowledge or experience in cost control
• Strong team player with good coordination skills
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Good communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements:

• Immediate joiner required
• Must be locally available in Kuwait
• Transferable residency is mandatory

Pay: KD250.000 - KD350.000 per month
