Assistant Sales Manager

Requirements

1) At least 1 year of experience in Sales

2) Degree graduate

3)Mostly preferring Male candidates as it's a field sales job.

ROLES AND DUTIES

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate travel, leisure tours, and MICE segments.
  • Meet clients to understand their travel and event requirements and propose suitable packages.
  • Prepare and present customised quotations, proposals, and itineraries.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with operations and event teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the company’s services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage post-sales follow-up, feedback collection, and payment coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
