Assistant Sales Manager

We are hiring a commercially driven Assistant Sales Manager to support the growth of transport and logistics operations across the UAE.

This role focuses on new business development, particularly in tipper truck operations, construction logistics, and heavy goods transport, while also managing and growing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business across construction, infrastructure, FMCG, and industrial sectors
• Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and contracts
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
• Coordinate with operations for smooth service delivery

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, transport, or construction sales
• Knowledge of tipper truck or construction logistics preferred
• UAE market experience with contractors/developers
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
