Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with their service inquiries.
Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
Explain service recommendations and repair processes to customers.
Follow up with customers regarding service status and completion timelines.
Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar.
Prepare work orders and ensure all customer concerns are documented.
Liaise between customers, technicians, and parts department to ensure smooth workflow.
Verify warranty and service contract coverage when applicable.
