Position Overview:
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Lahore MM Alam Road outlet. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in retail management, customer service, and team supervision. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, delivering excellent customer experiences, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily store operations and staff supervision.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high service standards.
• Support in achieving sales and performance targets.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Train, guide, and motivate team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory with strong retail experience).
• Minimum 2–3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to handle pressure and multitask.
• Knowledge of nutrition and fitness industry is a plus.
