Job Title: Retail Chain Area Manager
Location: Lahore (2 positions) and Rawalpindi (1 position), Pakistan
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: At least a graduate, preferably a four-year degree in Business Studies or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in managing and operating retail store chains of known brands.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager.

Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Point of Sale (POS) and inventory management modules, preferably MSD AX 365.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of team-building and leadership.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the operations of multiple retail outlets within the assigned area.
• Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded across all outlets.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize wastage.
• Train, mentor, and lead store managers and sales teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Implement and maintain Point of Sale (POS) and inventory management systems effectively.
• Analyze sales performance data and develop strategies to enhance profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and provide on-ground support.
