Responsibilities

• Manage store day-to-day operations and drive sales and KPIs.
• Ability to manage stock, visual merchandising & marketing, loss prevention, and cash control.
• Lead and develop a team with a people-first mindset, forming and guiding exceptional teams.
• Foster a customer-centric approach, listening to customers and creating memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Retail (assisted sales) as a Supervisor / Senior Sales Associate.
• Results-oriented with the ability to inspire collaboration.
