Job Title: HVAC & MEP Sales Engineer & Supervisor
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Sales & Supervisor to drive business development in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services. The role involves identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s technical solutions to achieve sales targets. Supervise the job , The ideal candidate should combine technical knowledge with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities in the MEP services sector.
- Identify and engage with potential clients such as consultants, contractors, developers, and facility management companies.
- Present and promote MEP technical solutions (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, maintenance, retrofitting, etc.) to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with the engineering/technical team to ensure accurate solution design and compliance with industry standards.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable business deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics in the MEP domain.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline (preferred).
- 3–7 years of proven sales/business development experience in MEP services, contracting, or technical solutions.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, or integrated building services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions for clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
