creative and data-driven Assistant Trade Marketing Manager
to join our dynamic team.

Support in developing and executing trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales objectives.

Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure brand visibility across all trade channels.

Manage in-store activations, product displays, and promotional materials to maximize customer engagement.

Monitor trade marketing budgets and track performance against KPIs.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth.

Assist in developing point-of-sale materials and ensuring timely delivery and proper implementation
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or FMCG sales (agriculture or food industry experience is a plus).

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing analytics tools
