Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Vaccines Assistant Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing animal health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan for the vaccines portfolio.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Support in defining product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional approaches.
  • Monitor brand performance and suggest corrective actions based on KPIs (sales, market share, customer engagement).
  • Support in developing brand communication materials (brochures, detailing aids, digital content, etc.).
  • Provide training and marketing support to the field force, including product knowledge and communication tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or animal health industry.
  • Experience with vaccines or biological products is a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
  • Communication, creativity, and innovation in crafting and executing marketing initiatives.
