Assitnant for operation Manager(Male)

Job Summary

The Assistant Secretary to the Operations Manager will provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations. The role involves assisting in coordinating operational activities, maintaining records, preparing reports, and handling communication on behalf of the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operations Manager in handling day-to-day operational activities
  • Prepare reports, documents, and operational summaries as required
  • Maintain proper filing of operational documents and records
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
  • Track operational tasks and follow up on pending activities
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and scheduling for the Operations Manager
  • Update and maintain data in ERP systems
  • Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action points
  • Assist in preparing operational plans and monitoring progress
  • Ensure confidentiality of company operational information

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an operational or administrative field
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with ERP software is required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
