As a Customer Support Executive in our Gurugram centre, you’ll engage with international customers via chat. You’ll play a key role in shaping customer experience by resolving queries, maintaining accurate interaction records, and meeting performance goals—all while growing your skills in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with international customers
  • Address customer queries & provide timely, effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions & escalations
  • Work closely with your team to meet or exceed performance targets (quality, resolution, SLAs etc.)
  • Continuously improve your product knowledge & communication skills

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (any field)
  • Experience: 1 year of international experience in voice/chat/customer support
  • Communication: Strong verbal & written English skills
  • Adaptability: Quick learner, able to adjust to new situations & products
  • Team Player: Positive attitude, collaborative mindset
  • Flexibility: Night shifts & rotational shifts are required
