About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Analyst who is detail-oriented, technically strong, and can easily understand tools, CRMs, and business processes. The ideal candidate may be a fresh graduate but should have strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and a passion for bridging the gap between business needs and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams.
• Work with CRMs, data visualization tools, and business software to provide insights.
• Create reports, workflows, and process maps to improve efficiency.
• Support project teams with data analysis, testing, and implementation.
• Continuously identify gaps and suggest process or system improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and adapt to CRMs and business tools quickly.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, SQL, or visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
