Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst (Management Consulting) at ValuePlus in Istanbul. The Business Analyst will be responsible for tasks such as identifying and structuring problems, performing qualitative and quantitative analysis, formulating analytical tools, conducting primary and secondary research and identifying key findings, utilizing effective verbal and written communication, assessing business processes, and defining business requirements.

Qualifications

• Possess analytical and structured thinking, strong problem solving and diagnosis skills
• Is comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and like to design new initiatives that create impact
• Can communicate and explain complex ideas concisely
• Has attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Has excellent presentation and report writing skills
• Have a strong academic record from a well-recognized institution, a relevant university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a similar discipline, MBA is a plus
• Is excellent at both written and spoken English, including presentation skills
• Experience in global management consulting companies is a plus
• Is comfortable with delivering data analytics across different platforms (preferrable at least one of the followings; Knime, Databricks, Python, SQL, etc...)
