Associate Business Developer (Junior)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, client acquisition, or lead generation, and a strong desire to contribute to company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Manage and update CRM systems with client interactions and pipeline progress.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and delivery) to ensure client success.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

6 months – 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (internship experience can also be considered).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
