Associate Business Development (LinkedIn)

We are hiring a driven and resourceful Associate Business Developer with 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation.

In this role, your primary focus will be to identify the right audience, initiate conversations, and turn prospects into business opportunities. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, takes initiative, and actively looks for solutions rather than waiting for direction.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and target relevant decision-makers and businesses on LinkedIn
  • Send strategic connection requests and follow-up messages to generate interest
  • Craft custom outreach messages that resonate with each prospect
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of leads and ongoing conversations
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects in fluent English
  • Monitor and improve engagement metrics such as replies, conversions, and booked calls
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to streamline prospecting
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure outreach aligns with services offered
  • Experiment with and optimize outreach approaches for better performance

What We’re Looking For

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in LinkedIn outreach or lead generation
  • Ability to demonstrate past work (campaigns, message samples, or achieved results)
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Understanding of LinkedIn prospecting techniques and audience targeting
  • Familiarity with tools like Sales Navigator or similar platforms
  • A self-initiator with a problem-solving mindset who focuses on results
  • Comfortable working independently and achieving defined targets
  • Availability to work night hours (to align with international markets)
  • Exposure to IT services or SaaS industry is an added advantage
