The project:

You’ll be responsible for:

• Directs Category Management teams, including leadership of high‑value and high‑complexity tender activities.
• Develops and maintains strong internal and external senior stakeholder relationships.
• Provides performance management, technical guidance, career development, and coaching across teams.
• Delivers expert commercial due diligence, company insight, and market intelligence to support decision‑making.
• Executes value‑creating process, performance, and commercial initiatives with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• Leads plan development and implementation, embedding governance, monitoring progress, and delivering through others.
• Contributes to strategy development, oversees delivery, and manages assigned area, unit, or discipline effectively.
• Drives collaborative delivery aligned to net zero carbon transition, proactively managing and reducing carbon emissions throughout work execution.

You’ll need to have:

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Degree qualification.
• CIPS Qualified (or equivalent).
• Middle East experience.
