Associate, Global Infrastructure Investments

Our client is one of the world's leading sovereign wealth funds, based in Abu Dhabi, with an outstanding track record in infrastructure investments globally. The infrastructure investment team has a global remit and is looking for top-ranked Associates to join and focus on the origination, execution and asset management of direct equity transactions.This role is based in the UAE, where compensation is tax-free for non-US citizens.RESPONSIBILITIES:Involvement in the full deal process, from origination through to executionCoordinating external advisors and reporting on due diligenceEvaluating and screening investment opportunitiesMonitoring the existing portfolio and exits YOUR PROFILE:Experience of working in infrastructure M&A investment bankingFirst-class academic track record and good financial modelling skillsWillingness to be based in the Middle East full timeYou will be redirected to the company s website you must complete the application on their platform to apply.
