Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties across Dubai
• Manage the entire sales process: prospecting, property listings, client meetings, negotiations, and closings
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property laws, and Dubai real estate regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Provide clients with guidance and assistance in buying, selling, or leasing properties
• Conduct property viewings and offer professional advice
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information

Requirements

• Proven experience as a real estate agent in Dubai (1+ years preferred)
• Valid UAE Driving License and own car
• RERA Certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage)
• Knowledge of CRM tools and real estate platforms (e.g. Property Finder)
