Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Associate Manager – Procurement to oversee end-to-end procurement operations, vendor management, and supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven experience in procurement and vendor management, with hands-on expertise in ERP systems, Tally, P2P processes, and logistics coordination. This role requires strong negotiation skills, cost optimization strategies, and the ability to streamline procurement processes while ensuring compliance and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, evaluate, and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage the full Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, and payments.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and long-term benefits.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.
  • Oversee procurement transactions using ERP systems and Tally, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct regular spend analysis and generate reports on procurement performance and cost savings.
  • Implement cost-control initiatives and identify opportunities for process and price optimization.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand, manage inventory, and plan purchases.
  • Ensure all procurement processes comply with company policies, legal standards, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation, contracts, and vendor records.
  • Support the development of procurement strategies and contribute to overall supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, and logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, Tally, and P2P processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and compliance standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
