Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in fiber operations or telecom fieldwork.
• Strong knowledge of fiber splicing, OTDR/power meter testing, and OSP/ISP practices

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with NOC, engineering, and construction teams for projects and issue resolution.
• Track progress, prioritize tasks, and manage resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate fiber route records and inventory.

Customer & Stakeholder Handling

• Support service escalations and share timely updates with management.

Safety & Team Development

• Ensure EHS compliance and safe work practices.
• Train and mentor field staff to improve performance.

Technical Support

• Provide support on fiber splicing, OTDR testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of fiber tools and test equipment.

Review as-builts, splicing diagrams, and network documentation.
