Position: Associate Product Manager

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate constantly and quickly.
• Drive scalable & measurable experiments, and devise innovative solutions to produce new revenue streams
• Work with development, test, business leadership and our partner teams to ensure that product meets functional, quality, performance, scalability, privacy, security and usability goals.
• Work on capacity planning based on new customers and partners on boarding and expected traffic growth.
• Write Quality functional & performance specs and lead your feature team in shipping features on time with high quality.
• You will be charged with competition review and analysis, prioritizing features that provide us a competitive advantage with a laser sharp focus on ROI
• Work in a fast-paced environment and have a strong passion for quality, security, and performance.

You will be someone who:

• Preferably has as a B.E/B.TECH & an MBA/PG from an institute known for its excellence.
• At least 2 years of experience prior to MBA (data / software development roles)
• Enjoys consuming and creating content with a product and analytics lens (Always asking - why does this work?)
• Dabbles with GenAI and enjoys keeping up to date with the latest developments in this space
• Strong technical problem-solving skills, understanding of Web 2.0 concepts.
• Ability to technically deep dive and quickly ramp up on understanding/grasp of new technologies.
• You are an Analytics Ninja and can derive awesome insights from large amounts of data
• Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous environments with high agency and high ownership
• Strong independent thinker who works well in a team setting
