Associate Project Manager

Shift: Night Shift (09:00 PM – 06:00 AM) | On-site

Position: Associate Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with defined objectives
• Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Plan and allocate resources efficiently to maximize team productivity
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress
• Manage changes in scope, timelines, and budgets using appropriate tools and methodologies
• Monitor project performance using relevant metrics and reporting systems
• Work closely with other APMs and PMs to improve processes and workflows
• Provide regular updates, including progress reports, risk assessments, and issue tracking to the Senior Project Manager
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Identify potential risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Manage and coordinate with third-party vendors
• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (4 years), preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience as a software developer is preferred, with a solid understanding of software development and web technologies
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience
• Strong client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of Agile software development methodologies
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
