Associate Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Associate Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of software development projects. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with defined objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution
• Monitor project timelines, scope, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and expected results
• Optimize resource allocation to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including milestones and progress tracking
• Manage changes in scope, timelines, and budgets using appropriate tools and methodologies
• Track project performance using established metrics and reporting systems
• Support Project Managers in improving workflows and operational efficiency
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and challenges
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with third-party vendors when required
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year program), preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in project management
• Minimum 1 year of experience in software development (preferred)
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and web technologies
• Solid knowledge of Agile practices and methodologies
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong client interaction abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
