Associate Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated Associate Technical Project Manager to support the successful delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate will focus on technical coordination, project execution, Agile delivery, and client communication, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with quality.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in planning, executing, and delivering software development projects.

· Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, and Engineering teams for timely delivery.

· Track project progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

· Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC best practices.

· Support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

· Participate in technical client calls and project status discussions.

· Communicate technical updates, timelines, and risks to stakeholders.

· Ensure alignment between client expectations and technical execution.

· Monitor deliverables to ensure quality standards are met.

· Coordinate testing cycles and support UAT execution.

· Ensure proper documentation, handover, and release readiness.

· Maintain project plans, timelines, and trackers using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps.

· Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–2.5 years of experience in Technical Project Management or Project Coordination.
• Hands-on experience managing software development team and projects.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps etc.)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
