Summary
Phaedra Solutions is seeking a motivated and proactive Associate Trainee – HR to support the HR department in day-to-day recruitment and hiring operations. This full-time internship is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, including recruiting, interviewing, coordination, and candidate management. The role is learning-focused and ideal for individuals eager to start their professional HR career in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Assist with managing job postings and updating the company’s career portals.
- Shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic and behavioral screening interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Candidate Management
- Collect and organize interview feedback from internal teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Recommend suitable candidates to senior HR staff for further hiring stages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- HR or talent acquisition certifications are a plus but not required.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail with a proactive and eager-to-learn mindset.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.
