Role Overview

The Associate Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, and bidding on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork and other freelancing marketplaces. The role requires strong communication, writing, and analytical skills, along with the ability to build positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify suitable projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Prepare and submit tailored proposals that align with client requirements.
• Communicate with clients in a professional manner to clarify project details and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure accurate project scoping.
• Maintain records of bids, proposals, and client communications.
• Meet monthly targets for proposals and project acquisition.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and client preferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in bidding, sales, or business development are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong proposal-writing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to understand client requirements and align them with company services.
• Basic understanding of IT services, software, or digital marketing (preferred).
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in client communication.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
