Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager – HR & Admin to handle end-to-end HR operations and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to maintain smooth business operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit formalities.
  • Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
  • Maintain HR records..

Administration:

  • Oversee office administration, vendor management, and facility management.
  • Manage housekeeping, security, and maintenance operations for smooth functioning.
  • Handle travel arrangements, stationery procurement, and asset management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, auditors, and government bodies when required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3–6 years of experience in HR and Admin functions.
  • Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of HRMS / MS Office
  • Understanding of statutory compliance
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving ability

Compensation:

  • CTC: Up to ₹4.50 Lakh per annum (based on experience and skills)
  • Only Male Candidates Required.
