Your Duties & Responsibilities:

• To ensure Domestic & International Travel Claim Entry.
• Vendor & Employee (Travel & Other Exp.) Payment against bill booked and also advance payments
• ECL Wallet top up, Custom duty payment entry and clearing.
• Credit Card Payment & advance clearing, Vendor & Employee Advance scrutiny & Clearing
• Taxi Invoice booking , Air Freight Invoice booking (like Uniglobe), Employee Claim, Forex purchase & Sales Invoice Booking, Bank Charge Invoice booking (DBS & JP Morgan)
• Vendor Ledger Reconciliation, GL Transfer entries (P & L GL to Balance sheet GL), Bank reconciliation (DBS, HDFC) & Issue of debit note & credit note
• SAP Testing And Statutory & Internal Audit data preparation and coordination
• Coordination with Various Departments and the staff members for smooth execution of job
• Ability to perform tasks independently following group norms and Indian accounting standards and tax regulations
• A team player in accounts function

Required skills & expertise:

• SAP accounting knowledge is must & also well versed with MS office is mandatory.
• Reading and understanding of vendor invoices, PAN No, GST No, Oerlikon PO No, Date of Invoice, Nature of Job & material in line with Oerlikon PO or not, Material and or Job approved by our department or not, year of accounting, digitally signed or not, MIGO is done or not, payment terms, GST on hold while accounting & coordination for release, Invoices are properly approved or not
• Reasonable knowledge of TDS, GST – ITC credit,
• Coordinating with Head Office for GST Assessment and Income Tax Assessment
• Inter- departmental co-ordination for smooth accounting function and resolving queries & issues
• Experience in handling Statutory & Internal audits.
• Experience in proper accounting and taking ownership for accuracy.

Required Education, experience, knowledge:

• Bachelor of Commerce / Master of Commerce from reputed college Or University
• Experience 15 + years
• Experience in Accounts function is must.
