Job Title: Asst. Marketing Manager {candidates preferred from Jewelley industry)

Qualification:
· MBA or B.B.A in Sales & Marketing
· Background in Mass Communication or Marketing preferred
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
· Develop and implement engaging content strategies across social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and product visibility
· Monitor industry trends, analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies to drive customer engagement and sales
· Manage customer interactions and feedback across platforms to maintain a strong digital presence
2. Digital Marketing Campaigns
· Lead digital initiatives including SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and performance campaigns to drive online traffic and leads
· Collaborate with external agencies for website updates and e-commerce operations
· Utilize analytics tools to monitor KPIs and campaign ROI, adjusting strategies as needed
3. In-store Promotions
· Plan and execute promotional events and festive campaigns to boost in-store traffic and sales
· Work closely with visual merchandising teams to ensure store displays reflect ongoing marketing campaigns
· Develop and manage loyalty programs to enhance customer retention
4. Market Research & Consumer Insights
· Conduct market analysis to understand customer behavior, preferences, and competitor positioning
· Stay updated on trends in jewellery design and recommend product innovations to meet evolving customer demands
5. Stakeholder & Cross-functional Coordination
· Liaise with advertising agencies, suppliers, and key partners to ensure effective execution of marketing plans
· Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
6. Content Development
· Oversee creation of high-quality marketing materials, including product photography, videos, newsletters, and catalogs
· Write and review promotional content for both digital and print channels
7. Public Relations & Branding
· Build brand credibility through influencer collaborations, blogger partnerships, and media outreach
· Plan and organize PR activities, including press releases, community initiatives, and media events
8. Sales Data Analysis & Reporting
· Analyze marketing and sales data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities
· Present actionable insights and performance reports to senior management
9. Budget Planning & Management
· Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective and impactful campaigns
· Negotiate with vendors and service providers to optimize spending
10. Team Leadership
· Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team
· Promote a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement

· Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
Remuneration:
· As per the market standard
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
