Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Personal Injury. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills, legal research capabilities, and the ability to draft comprehensive legal documents. The Attorney will work collaboratively in a law office environment, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Duties

• Provide legal counsel and representation in Personal Injury cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision and clarity.
• Engage in negotiations on behalf of clients to reach favorable settlements or agreements.
• Represent clients in litigation proceedings before courts or administrative bodies as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case developments within the legal administrative framework.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the firm to ensure comprehensive client service.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California.
• Spanish speaking is a plus
• Experience in Personal Injury is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
• Excellent writing skills with experience in legal drafting and documentation.
• Proficient in legal research methodologies using platforms like LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
