• Handle personal injury appeals and trial matters from briefing through resolution
• Draft appellate briefs, motions, and trial-related filings
• Conduct legal research and present oral arguments in court
• Collaborate with trial teams to preserve issues for appeal and strategize case outcomes
• Must be licensed in Florida with 2+ years of appellate or trial experience
