Job Title: Personal Injury Litigation/Trial Attorney
Location: Miami, FL

• Manage personal injury cases through all phases of litigation and trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; conduct depositions and mediations
• Represent clients in court and negotiate settlements
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop effective trial strategies
• Must be licensed in Florida with 2+ years of PI litigation or trial experience
