Audit & Quality Assurance Officer

We are looking for an Audit & Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in auditing, compliance, and quality standards within hospitality services. In this role, you will monitor operations, ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards, and support the improvement of service quality and customer experience across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, schedule, and conduct comprehensive internal audits across the gym, restaurant, shop and rehabilitation operations to ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and ISO certification standards across all our locations.

· Monitor daily operational activities to ensure consistent service quality, efficiency, and adherence to established standards.

· Evaluate health, safety, and hygiene practices across all facilities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.

· Inspect gym areas to ensure proper equipment maintenance, safety standards, cleanliness, and trainer compliance with procedures.

· Review restaurant operations, including food safety standards, kitchen hygiene, storage practices, service procedures, and customer service quality.

· Assess rehabilitation services to ensure proper patient care standards, documentation accuracy, treatment protocols, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

· Identify operational risks, quality gaps, and non-conformities, and prepare detailed audit reports with clear recommendations.

· Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely implementation and continuous improvement.

· Develop, update, and standardize SOPs and quality guidelines across all departments.

· Support staff training initiatives related to quality standards, compliance, hygiene, safety, and service excellence.

· Monitor customer feedback, complaints, and service trends, and work with department heads to improve overall customer satisfaction.

· Maintain proper documentation, audit records, inspection logs, and compliance reports for management review.

· Collaborate with department managers to promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

· Ensure ongoing adherence to ISO certification requirements by monitoring, implementing, and coordinating necessary processes, audits, and documentation across all company locations.

Required Qualifications:

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in audit, quality assurance, compliance, or operations management.

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Quality Management, Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

· Professional certification in Quality Assurance, Internal Audit, Compliance, or ISO standards (preferred).

· Experience working in hospitality, restaurant operations, gym/fitness facilities, or rehabilitation/healthcare environments is highly preferred.

· Strong knowledge of health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance standards.

· Experience in developing SOPs, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions.

· Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple departments effectively.
