AutoCAD Designer / MEP Draftsman

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate 2D drawings using AutoCAD

Handle MEP drawings (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing)

Prepare drafting for Home Automation systems (Smart Home)

Perform quantity take-offs and assist in pricing electrical and MEP works

Work efficiently and deliver tasks on time

Understand project requirements and translate them into clear technical drawings

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD

Good knowledge of MEP systems, especially Electrical

Experience in pricing and cost estimation for electrical and/or MEP works

Familiarity with Home Automation / Smart Home systems is a plus

Ability to work smart, fast, and efficiently

Strong attention to detail

Good communication skills

Preferred:

Previous experience in MEP and Smart Home projects

Ability to work independently and solve problems
