Our team creates CAD drawings, coordinates with vendors, and supports equipment installations. We focus on practical solutions that help our clients work efficiently.

The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented AutoCAD Designer/Drafter to join our office-based team. You’ll create CAD drawings from field measurements and work with our installation crews as you gain experience. Over time, you’ll get more hands-on with job sites and project reviews.

What You’ll Do

  • Create accurate CAD drawings from field measurements
  • Review drawings with installation crews to make sure everything is clear
  • Support installations and project kickoffs as you gain experience
  • Help with office and shop tasks, like updating files, coordinating equipment, and assisting with trucks

Work Environment & Safety

  • Field visits are generally dry but can be dusty or dirty; getting a little dirty is expected
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and stairs and working at heights
  • PPE like hard hats, high-visibility vests, safety glasses, gloves, and ear plugs are provided for job sites
  • Safety is a top priority, whether in the office or on-site

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; other CAD software is a plus
  • Strong mechanical and math skills
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with occasional fieldwork and measurements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • AutoCAD: 2 years (Preferred)
