Produce detailed architectural and engineering drawings using AutoCAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to understand design intent and translate concepts into precise technical drawings.
Revise and update existing drawings based on client feedback and project changes to maintain current and relevant documentation.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including specifications, schedules, and reports that support project execution.
Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess conditions, ensuring that designs are feasible and accurate.
Utilize advanced AutoCAD techniques, such as 3D modeling and rendering, to enhance presentation and visualization of designs.
Implement industry standards and best practices in drafting to ensure compliance and quality in all deliverables.
Assist in project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, coordinating with team members, and ensuring timely completion of drawings.
Engage in continuous learning of new AutoCAD features and industry trends to enhance skills and improve project outcomes.
Provide technical support and training to junior draughtsmen and team members to foster a collaborative and knowledgeable environment.
