Automation Engineer (Mid-Level)

Are you passionate about quality, automation, and problem-solving?
We’re looking for a QA Automation Engineer with 2–3 years of experience who’s ready to take ownership of testing excellence and grow with a fast-paced tech team.

What You’ll Do

• Design and execute functional, regression, and performance tests.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks (POM-based) using Selenium and Playwright.
• Perform API testing with Postman and load testing with JMeter.
• Validate backend data using SQL queries.
• Collaborate directly with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless QA delivery.
• Identify, track, and report bugs, ensuring top-notch product quality.
• Stay updated on new QA trends, tools, and automation techniques.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 3–4 years of QA experience (Manual + Automation).
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, JMeter, Postman, and Git.
• Knowledge of Page Object Model (POM) design principles.
• Strong SQL skills for backend validation.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
• Basic programming knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Fintech or payment systems (a strong plus).
• Familiarity with JIRA, Zephyr, or TestRail.
• Understanding of BDD frameworks (Cucumber or SpecFlow).
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
