Key Responsibilities:

• Process Automation: Designing and implementing robust workflows that streamline operations from lead management to customer support.
• SaaS Integration: Seamlessly connecting your critical platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, HubSpot) to ensure accurate, real-time data synchronization.
• Workflow Audits & Strategy: Analyzing your current procedures to provide data-backed recommendations for automation that lower operational costs and minimize manual errors.
• Ongoing Support & Maintenance: Proactively monitoring system health and providing rapid troubleshooting to guarantee automation reliability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with your teams in IT, sales, and operations to develop automation strategies that support overarching business goals.
• Knowledge Transfer: Creating comprehensive documentation and training to empower your team and ensure the long-term success of implemented solutions.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years automating business processes.
• Skilled with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate) and APIs.
• Translates business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and clear communication skills.
