Key Responsibilities – AP Clerk:


  • Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and credit card transactions
  • Maintain organized AP files and documentation
  • Assist with monthâ€'end closing tasks
  • Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments
  • Support the accounting team with additional administrative tasks as needed


Qualifications/Requirements:


  • Previous Accounts Payable and dealership accounting experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and dealership DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, etc.) a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
