Automotive Call Center Agent (Auto BDC or Call Center Exp Required)

Pine Belt Automotive in Toms River is looking for motivated Business Development representatives to join our organization as we expand our internet, digital marketing and ecommerce strategy.

Experience in an Auto Industry is preferred ( BDC or car sales experience )

As a Business Development representative you will utilize your selling ability, computer skills, written & verbal communication skills and positive attitude to attract customers to our dealership:

• Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule a sales appointment.

• Making outbound calls
• Log all Customer comments.
• Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
• Confirm scheduled appointments.
• Reschedule no-show Customer appointments.
• Follow up with Sales Department Unsold Follow up to help schedule a be back appointment.
• Contact Customers based on current marketing initiatives.
• Respond to Customer website requests.
• Contact Internet Customers via email and phone to schedule a Sales appointment.
• Follow up on Internet Customer emails according to a pre-determined timeline.
• Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.
