Automotive Controller/Office Manager

Auto Dealership: Large Volume dealership that has a fast pace environment. Our dealership is very passionate and demanding of its 5 Star rating with its valued Customers and seeks a strong person with accounting skills who understands professionalism, accountability, and deadlines.
This is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate. Must have at least 3 years of automotive experience, with ethical leadership skills.

  • Manage and lead accounting department and personnel
  • Check and manage accounting for accuracy
  • Manage daily operations of the accounting department, cashiers, and receptionist
  • Reconcile the bank accounts for the company on a daily basis
  • Ensure HR compliance
  • Prepare and Process Payroll
  • Create financial reports for management and advise of concerns
  • Preparing monthly financial statements
  • Make recommendations to increase profitability
  • Review all financial statements, ledgers, journals, and schedules for accurate & timely execution
  • Oversee floor plan and floor plan audits
  • Oversee Contracts in transit
  • Coordinates Activities and job function of office staff
  • Prepare all taxes and filing forms and work with outside CPA firm for income tax preparations

  • 3 years of Automotive Controller or Office Manager experience is required (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THIS CRITERIA)
  • Excellent analytical ability
  • Familiar with Tekion or Reynolds & Reynolds as DMS is a plus
  • Maintains a professional appearance and atmosphere in the office
  • Communicates effectively and professionally with internal staff and external customer
  • EOE Drug Free environment
  • Must have a valid driving license
  • Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is a plus
