Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Parts Purchaser to manage the end-to-end procurement of automotive parts for a wide range of luxury vehicles, with a strong emphasis on German brands (e.g., Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche). The ideal candidate will have an extensive network of suppliers in Dubai and Sharjah, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the luxury automotive parts market in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and purchase high-quality genuine, OEM, and aftermarket parts for luxury vehicles, specifically German brands.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, dealers, and wholesalers across Dubai and Sharjah.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of parts to support workshop operations and minimize vehicle downtime.
• Verify the accuracy of parts received, including quality, quantity, and compatibility.
• Coordinate with the Service Advisors and Technicians to clarify part requirements and specifications.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement efficient stock management practices to avoid overstocking or shortages.
• Resolve any issues related to incorrect, defective, or delayed parts shipments.
• Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Parts Purchaser or in a similar procurement role within the UAE automotive industry (Dubai/Sharjah experience mandatory).
• Must have proven knowledge of sourcing parts for German luxury cars (e.g., Mercedes, BMW, Audi, VW, Porsche).
• Strong network of local suppliers and dealers in Dubai and Sharjah.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory management software).
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in supply chain or automotive fields is a plus.
