Automotive Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

· Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through showroom visits, referrals, and networking.

· Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.

· Ensure all incoming leads, whether from online platforms, walk-ins, phone inquiries, or referrals—are attended to promptly without failure.

· Conduct product demonstrations and highlight key features to influence purchasing decisions.

· Negotiate terms, close sales, and process transactions efficiently.

· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set.

· Monitor personal performance metrics and report progress regularly to the supervisor.

· Stay up to date with product features, specifications, pricing, and competitive offerings.

· Educate customers on financing options, warranties, and after-sales services.

· Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

· Provide post-sale support, including follow-ups and assistance with documentation.

· Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify market trends and areas for improvement.

· Monitor competitor activities and report relevant insights to the management team.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly leads and sales reports as required.

Education:

· High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).

· Experience: 1-3 years in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.

Skills:

· Strong sales and negotiation skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

· Customer-centric approach with problem-solving capabilities.

· Proficiency in CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office applications.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Understanding of the automotive market, financing options, and competitor products is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

· Monthly and quarterly sales volume.

· Conversion rate from inquiries to sales.

· Customer satisfaction score (CSS).

· Number of follow-ups and repeat customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
