Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aviation Safety Management System (SMS) In-Charge located in Jeddah. The In-Charge will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the aviation Safety Management System.
• Monitoring and analyzing safety performance indicators.
• Conducting safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Coordinating and delivering safety training programs.
• Ensuring compliance with national (GACA) and international (ICAO, EASA, FAA) aviation safety regulations.
• Collaborating with technical and operational departments to resolve safety-related issues and promote a strong safety culture.
• Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance (A&P) or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven work experience in:
• Aircraft maintenance, OR
• Occupational safety and health, particularly as an inspector or accident investigator.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of aviation safety standards and regulations (ICAO SMS, GACA, ISO 45001 preferred).
• Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple safety-related tasks.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Certification: Aviation safety, Occupational safety, and Quality Audit certifications are a plus.

Pay: ﷼5,500.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
