- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), real estate investors, developers, and key industry players.
- Ensure personalized and exceptional service for clients throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale.
- Manage high-stakes negotiations and act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients.
em>Market Research and Analysis:/em>
- Stay updated on the latest trends, pricing, and developments in the luxury real estate market.
- Analyze sales performance, market conditions, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, target demographics, and sales channels.

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns for luxury properties.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless transaction processes, from contract negotiation to closing.

- Develop and manage budgets for the luxury sales division.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and profitability, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in luxury real estate sales (tickets sized of AED 12M+), with at least 10 years of experience in sales and leadership roles
- A strong network in the luxury real estate sector and experience working with high-net-worth clients
- Deep knowledge of the luxury market, including pricing trends, marketing tactics, and key competitors
- Excellent English language communication and presentation skills
