  1. Application Management of all platforms and systems relating to the Risk Department and Support Functions Technologies and Platforms (IFRS9, Asset and Liability Management (ALM) platform, Basel III platform, Application and Decision Scorecards systems, Fraud Management Systems, the Bank’s Collections Platform, Governance Risk and Controls (GRC) Platform, Sharepoint, Document Management System, Automation Technologies, BPM Platform, Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Technologies, etc)
  2. Application Management of all platforms and systems relating to the Support Functions Technologies and Platforms such as Sharepoint, Document Management System, Automation Technologies, BPM Platform, Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Technologies, etc)
  3. Engineering delivery of large transformational programs within the Risk and Support Functions Technologies and domain.
  4. Ensure seamless integration of the such technologies and associated platform with other enterprise systems and applications.
  5. Drive adoption of such technologies and tools and provide training to teams for effective utilization.
  6. Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered compliance solutions to streamline business processes and deliver data-driven insights.
  7. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement intelligent automation across customer service, sales, marketing, and other business functions.
  8. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  9. Present project updates, progress reports, and strategic plans to senior leadership
  10. All the above accountabilities include but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.
